Contactless Rentals

If you are reading this its probably because someone from our team directed you to our site to learn more and reserve a trailer through our rental software. Its important for us to make sure you feel confident in the process and that you will not only have clear guidance on what you need to know to have a successful rental but we want this experience to be the best you've had and that you will return. Our hope is that once you do it one time, you will know exactly what to do in the future and it will be as if you were going to pick up your personal trailer for use. As safeguards for our equipment there are specific barriers everyone is required to go through before being given access to use our equipment.

Once you have reserved the trailer you need, have uploaded photos of drivers license, tow vehicle insurance and agreed to our rental policy and contract, an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox containing the storage facility address. Once that email is sent a second email is sent that contains the gate code and the trailer lock box code, granting access to keys necessary to gain access to hitch, toolbox and more.

Prior to departure its important to notate key features to our trailers. The trailer is equipped with a special drop leg attachment jack, allowing for quick and easy storage of the leg. No need to wind it all the way up, as soon as the foot is off the ground, you can retract it by pulling the pin and pushing it up inside the jack. Additionally when dropping the trailer, extend the leg back down prior to cranking the jack up off the hitch of the vehicle.

We require photos of both sides, toolbox contents and attachment of trailer to vehicle prior to departure. This will ensure that the trailer is connected properly and that it is sitting relatively level. If trailer is not level or not connected properly this could spell disaster for your trip, so we want to make every effort to ensure that your trip is uneventful and you get done sooner than expected.
